The HOHOHOBBYVICES gift exchange is an annual event that brings together thousands of people across the globe each holiday season. Participants submit their information and are blind-matched with another participant - not a reciprocal pairing - and instructed how to go about obtaining and mailing off a gift for their assigned recipient with a minimum dollar/euro/pound value.
After coming up with the modest idea of a small-scale gift swap among friends and aquaintences in 2017, the event has grown exponentially each year to ultimately include every habitable continent on Earth with thousands of total participants. Now in it's 5th 6th year, we're excited to see the amazing things participants will send their fellow hobbyists!
Conceived by Hobbyvices (yes, that Hobbyvices, the one with the Warhammer Hero medal), in 2018 he was joined by the technical wizard Made By McCoy who automated the processes to accomodate the massive number of participants (and works tirelessly behind the scenes to keep the wheels turning).
